I’ve selected a bunch of websites that may help you learn English, and improve your abilities! Check it out!

  • Flocabulary – Educational Hip-Hop

www.flocabulary.com > If you love music as much as I do, you will love this website. These rap music videos will help you study a wide range of topics, from the English grammar to some aspects of the English-speaking countries history. (And if a video is not free, try to check Flocabulary’s Youtube channel)

  • LearnEnglish Teens

www.learnenglishteens.britishcouncil.org > Created by the British Council, this website contains everything your need as an English as a Second Language learner: you’ll find reading, writing and listening activities to improve your skills, a section dedicated to grammar and vocabulary, games, videos etc.

  • Lyricsgaps

www.lyricsgaps.com > Let’s continue on the music topic, shall we? On Lyricsgaps.com, you’ll find karaoke versions of your favorite English songs and different levels of gap fillings activities (it means that you have to find the missing words). It’s a fun way to learn English and to improve your oral comprehension and your vocabulary!

  • Wordreference

www.wordreference.com > Wordreference is a very good online dictionary. It provides several translations, synonyms, and the pronunciation(s) with different authentic accents of the searched word or expressions. You can look for words in English when you know them in French, or in French if you know them in English. And trust me, it’s way better than Google Translate!
